Scary! We have to change our ways of using our comms. equipment as well as beef up our security standards.

      Hi Edmond,

We agree! There are always ways to beef up your security, but we always recommend running a solid antivirus program and alongside your FixMeStick to make sure you’re staying on top of threats!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been running into issues with viruses on your phone! Unfortunately we don’t have a FixMeStick for phones, however we always recommend using McAfee Total Protection, which can be run on your phone as well!

Where do go from here. How can novice users stay safe and who to go to for guidance??

      Hi Philip,

Good question! We actually over several comprehensive guides on our site! My first suggestion would be to start with our first Internet Safety Guide, from there you can find other resources for whatever security questions you may have! Or, if you have more specific questions, you can reach out to us at support@fixmestick.com
