How Dragons’ Den Changed Our Business

It’s hard to believe how far we’ve come since 2014 when we were the ‘Caped Crusaders’ pitching FixMeStick on Dragons’ Den (the Canadian equivalent of Shark Tank). Now, nearly 1 million new malware threats are released every day, but our mission remains the same: save the computers of the world.

Since we were on Dragons’ Den we’ve grown sales from $400k to $20 million making us the 5th most successful business to pitch on Dragons’ Den (video only available in Canada, scroll down for full article). Today, you can find FixMeStick in over 3,000 stores in Canada and 10,000 stores in the United States. And we couldn’t have done any of it without you, our loyal customers!

Our appearance on Dragons’ Den was instrumental to our growth. We were nervous to go on Dragons’ Den, and shy to really promote our company and our product – but going on Dragons’ Den skyrocketed our sales and now we receive weekly messages from people who have made FixMeStick a part of their antivirus routine!

Now, nearly six years after our first appearance on Dragon’s Den to pitch the FixMeStick, we found ourselves back in the Den for round two; this time with our new device in hand and a slight change to our previous mission.     Thank you and I am so glad to see how you guys have come such a long way. Kudos to you both. I love the fixmestick, it has made me money as well. Many people out there don’t have a clue how to operate a PC and therefore end up with much adware, spyware and viruses. Thank to you I can use this stick to help many people clean their PC’s and save them money on not having to buy a new one. I am not expensive so my main thing is to help people save a little money when everything else is doing everything they can to get people to spend more money when most of the time it just takes a little fixmestick to solve all their problems. Thank you again and I wish you had a plan on unlimited use so I would not have to continue to buy more each time I repair a PC.

    I am very thankful to you and your product of FixMeStick. I am a senior. A few years ago got scammed and it cost me a lot to get it fixed. Being on Social Security I don’t have a lot to waste and am not savvy on how to “get ‘er done” on technical stuff.     For somebody who doesn’t know much about computers , I thought just having an anti virus was enough. After you guys explained the need for fix me stix I purchased yours ,also when you told me the stix goes hand in hand with my anti virus was even happier.Made both purchases from same tv show so this was a slam dunk decision.My computers are running great!

    About a year ago I purchased your fix me stick It caused me nothing but problems. It wiped out my whole hard drive ( all programs and all information with it. I would not recommend your product to anyone

    My PC won’t even start up. It’s so full of malware and other things now. After about 6 months it didn’t work at all. So now my PC has been sitting for the last 3 years. No matter how many times I updated and used it ,fixmestick couldn’t fix my PC. Any low cost answers? Thanks ,James Berg-Johnsen

    I don’t know how my computer would function properly without FixMeStick. I depend on it to help because I know little about computers, but use almost daily. I had a bar that appeared on the top of my screen that I could not get rid of. I thought FixMeStick might help. I ran a scan and it disappeared. It saves me a lot of grief. I have had it for years and now wonder what I did without it. Thank you, FixMeStick!

    I do not remember signing up for any membership. What I understood was that when I bought it was for a 1 time deal. I do not like paying for a monthly service if I don’t use my comuter that much. I use my phone most of the time.
    My computer is still slow and it says it cleaned. So I went and bought another computer. When I use my computer it’s mostly for paying bills. I don’t have a web site or business.

    To be honest with you folks if I cant find fix me stick at our local stores when I need to update to a new computer I practically panic because I have no idea how those other virus protection software products work and many of them are confusing to a non tech savvy senior like me but my fix me stick I just plug in and let it go and it does me right every time. Now that I can download it life’s gotten even easier. Thanks guys

    As a Canadian and wife of a pastor, your American money costs are too high for me to continue, plus I am very careful, so the stick did nothing for me when I inserted it after purchase. I am glad you are doing well, but the stick isn’t worth my renewing at such a cost.

    How many times can you use one stick? Can you up-date the one you have or have to buy another one? I would buy another one for the price your offering of $10.00 I’m also a senior living on a budget and had to save to buy the stick my son bought for me.     Hello,

    I love my fix me stick, I have a windows 7- 4GB computer which I had upgraded to windows 10, I disliked how controlling it was particularly the pictures part of that program so I uninstalled it and went back to windows 7 and keep my picture structure on that as well as Adobe Photoshop Elements 19 & 20 on it.
    My partner bought me a new windows an 8GB PC and I had to install Adobe PSE2021 on it as it stated the windows 7 did not have enough ram. Unfortunately this new computer must have been from Hell as it is a real nightmare, I had to take it to Best Buy service dept several times while under warranty. the Geek squad had it for a week the last time and it has never started up properly. For over a year now I have to wait to start up after it states it did not start up properly and that it will have restart (on a blue screen) I have run the fix me stick several times and there is never any virus.
    will the new Start me stick actually get rid of that frustrating problem? My partner died and I now have his windows laptop also, so far no problems with it except it is in a different room and I can’t get it to connect to my printers. a brother B& W and an older HP Photosmart 3210all in one, which can no longer downloaded from HP I have the app on a USB stick but it won’t install, can you help me with that.
    Depending on your reply I am very interested in purchasing the new start me stick for this newer computer with the start up irritation.

      I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been running into such issues with your new computer! I’ve often found that Windows 7 is definitely the most easy to use, but there are benefits to using Windows 10 as well. The issue you’re currently running into doesn’t sound like it is virus related, but instead it sounds like a something related to the hardware itself.

      The StartMeStick is a plug-in operating system that revitalizes computers that may no longer be fully functional. While it won’t permanently fix the issue, it will provide you with a faster and more secure way to boot your computer. In this case, I would recommend looking into our 30 day trial StartMeStick, that way you’ll be able to test whether or not the StartMeStick is the right product for you.
