    My pc runs as slow as a slug. I’m running Windows 10 and update when asked. My other software is all up to date. I run fixmestick about once a month and there is never a problem.
    Any ideas why my pc refuses to speed up?

    Bought a new lap top last August. While trying to run a scan it will not hook up to the internet for updates. Tried e-mail support and fixmestick’s solution is to update it on another lap top. Tried chat, it would not let me respond to their support agents questions. Tired of wasting time dealing with customer support and scanning a 2nd laptop.

    Well unfortunately I purchased fix me stick after reading how the inventer used it to fix his mother or grandmothers computer, please forgive me in not remembering which one it was it’s been several months since I read about that. Anyways my wife and I run a small daycare and preschool out of our home because we love teaching and it’s a way to give to our community, how ever we have had our entire network get hacked by a group of unpleasant people so I bought darn near every type of security program I could find and tried them one by one only to have them taken over by the hackers and rendered useless. When I purchased fix me stick I purchased another security program at the same time, I ran fix me stick first and I was actually successful at removing the hackers from my machine it scanned all the files that every security program I used would skip scanning and when fix me stick scanned them it removed their software and replaced it with what should have been there originally I was super excited. I then installed the new security software then plugged in my internet and updated the security software set the firewall settings manually to their most stringent settings and for a couple hours was hacker free in that one device. Unfortunately the hackers called that security software company told them he was our it person and he needed to remote into our pc and do some work for us and that he was given permission to do so. Being a developer and talking to the developers of that security company paid off because they gave him some code to tunnel right through our firewall and he was right back in. I tried fix me stick again only this time they were ready for it and figured out how to make it get stuck on searching for updates without it ever going past that point and I have to click run fix me stick without updating. It no longer finds any problems only I go through files manually and see they have been modified and I get forced to join a group in which policies are written that lock me out of just about everything especially the management consoles for windows 10 I get preview for management consoles is unavailable or every other snap in console I try to open. We’ve lost over 50,000 dollars in the last year and pretty soon we’ll lose our home because these upstanding citizens rob us blind. Anyways fixmestick worked perfectly the first time and did what no other security program could do. So thank you for that. Sincerely Bill and Tamra Caruthers

    All I know is I’ve run Fix Me Stick about half a dozen times and my computer’s performance (PC) ran smoother and many “issues” disappeared. It does often take an overnight scan to fully clean the computer, but it’s worth the time.
    I advise anyone not getting results to go back and follow the step by step instructions.
    Give it another try.

    I’ve had my FixMeStiick for along time! I had work done on my computer and my FixMeStick no longer works. What happened, was there a problem about me getting work on my computer?

    Always have to boot mine from the boot menu after starting my laptop and pressing f12 to get the boot menu

    For all the hype the fix me stick did not clean up all the viruses that other systems missed. I had over 300 viruses that fix me stick never cleaned up.

    I don’t understand that a person can make nasty untrue comments but doesn’t have the nerve to leave his name. Wouldn’t it be easier to ask for help than to just make nasty comments. I am sorry if he has problems but that is no way to fix them. I use your products and I am happy with my results.

    Different antivirus programs definitely have different bonuses. We actually recommend using a FixMeStick alongside your antivirus program for maximum antivirus security!

    Depending on the model of your computer, if you’re unable to connect to the internet it may mean that the FixMeStick’s wifi drivers are not up to date with your computer.

    In this case, if you’ve gone through the necessary troubleshooting steps to connect to your network and it still doesn’t connect, then the two next steps are to either update your FixMeStick on another computer, or wait until we’ve released a new update for the FixMeStick.

    Depending on your computer’s boot settings, the FixMeStick may need to be launched manually as the boot settings prevent automatic USB booting.

    I have been trying to use the MAC Fixmestick and I get to the step to select Fixmestick (1), Fixmestick (2) or Fixmestick (3) and it then comes up asking to login… I never get to the next step! I have to shutdown and then unplug for about 10 seconds and start up again and still get stuck on the same screen where I can’t get to the next step. It’s very frustrating. I chatted with an one of your online support person and they would give me the same steps but nothing further. I want to get my laptop checked. Need help please!

    You can use the FixMeStick on Intel-Based Macs from 2006 to 2017. Unfortunately 2018 and later systems are not yet compatible.
    As long as your Mac fits these requirements, you should be good to go!
