Welcome to the FixMeStick HQ! Have you ever wondered exactly what goes into making the FixMeStick or the StartMeStick? These tiny USBs are jam packed with technology and have a great team supporting them – all out of our office here in Montreal, Canada. Here’s a sneak peek at the behind-the-scenes process that bring you our award-winning devices!

Located in an industrial loft-space in the vibrant city of Montreal, the FixMeStick Headquarters is a bustling office filled with our hard-working engineers, cheery support specialists, dedicated marketing team, fun-loving accountants, and of course, our beloved founders Marty and Corey. Since March 2020 we’ve been working from home due to covid-19.

Both the FixMeStick and StartMeStick are prepared right here in our headquarters with the help of our talented warehouse team. There’s a lot that goes into making sure these USBs are ready to go and reaching you as quickly as possible!
Other than the actual manufacturing of the USBs, everything takes place in our office. Once the FixMeStick and StartMeStick USBs arrive from our suppliers, there are quite a few steps we need to take before we ship them out to our customers worldwide.
First, the USBs are plugged into a charging board where they are formatted with the latest and most up-to-date technology – our FixMeSticks are formatted with our comprehensive and innovative multi-scanner technology. While our StartMeSticks are formatted with our fast, private, and secure operating system! This is where the magic happens!
After the FixMeSticks and StartMeSticks are loaded with the latest technology, they’re ready for the next stage of the shipping process!

Once they are properly packaged, they’re off to their next destination – we ship to individual addresses, like your home, or to our retail locations across North America and Europe!
We hope you’ve enjoyed getting an inside look into how we prepare the FixMeStick and StartMeStick! If you want regular behind-the-scenes content and the latest tips on cybersecurity make sure to like us on Facebook for more updates!
